Wonky Display Boxes for Miniatures

Here is a miniature room in a display box — a simple wooden box that’s plain on the exterior instead of part of a dollhouse. This turned out lovely, all the walls and corners lining up properly.

When my pre-ordered… and backordered… new display rooms for dollhouse miniatures arrived, they were three long and narrow packages strapped together with packaging tape. One end of all three was soaking wet and dirty, looking exactly like FedEx (Fed Up) dumped them in a puddle. Sure enough, the kits inside were wet, and the corner of one display box wall was slightly bent and flaking.
