My New Dollhouse (Part 2)

I read about Victorian window treatments — valence, curtains, etc. I dreamed that I was making valances for the dollhouse. So I made the valances today.
I made them for all the windows. Well, all the windows except for the four add-on rooms, but those are kits that just arrived yesterday, so no rush with their windows. I’ll get to them after I’ve done all the wallpaper, flooring, molding, and windows on the rooms that the dollhouse came with. After that, I’ll open the kits and begin assembling the add-ons — 4 additional rooms.
This evening I cut out enough lace curtains for 8 windows. I intend to attach the curtains to the valences before I attach them to the windows. Also, I need to get the moulding done before attaching valances & curtains to the dollhouse.
Tomorrow I’ll at least work on the curtains, though it would be great to get some moulding attached to the dollhouse. I’m a little nervous about the jigsaw: haven’t used one in decades. It should be simple: use a pencil to mark where to cut the moulding, and saw it with the…
