Miniature Edwardian Rooms 2

After purchasing a used Victorian-style dollhouse and redecorating it, I feel like making other miniature rooms using display boxes, each containing two rooms.

I’m not entirely sure what these two rooms will be. They were “I want to use this lovely wallpaper” rooms.

I assembled a bunch of Art Nouveau miniature furniture from kits and set them up in the library just for now. All these kits are from the Etsy page MiniaturesByVio.

A bunch of newly-assembled wooden furniture that is only temporarily in the library — and the blue tape is for the frame while the glue dries.

Next I glued on the molding and frame on the two pale rooms (which will probably be a children’s bedroom & school room).

This will eventually be a bedroom for at least one child. Eventually I intend to get a couple of metal twin beds, but for now it’s storing this newly assembled grown-up bed.
This furniture is pretty random right now, except for the big bookcase on the right. This room is a school room, where i imagine Mary Poppins teaching the kids.

I measured and cut molding for the orange room and the “tapestry” room next to it but had to stop because I only have one remaining strip of picture rail. So… some shopping to do…

A closer look at the wallpaper in the orange room
