I would have thought Bluesky the least likely social media platform to censor queer content. That's profoundly disappointing.
The podcast The Ace Couple has a recent episode--I think "America chose fascism and we somehow have to find a way to live with that"-- that discusses obedirnce in advance on the part of organizations and businesses. In particular, they discuss a publisher with an imprint that has published many asexual books. On the day after the election, thqt publisher announced a new conservative imprint... for which at least one person involved helped write Project 2025!
My queerest books haven't been published yet (though I serially published some of them on my former Substack). I plan to self-publish at least 2 of them this year & to begin searching for an agent for a very queer novel--a humorous fantasy novel with many queer characters--this month. I think my best writing is writing thqt doesn't involve pretending to be straight/unconvincing writing from a straight perspective--something I stopped doing years ago, and good riddance. Reverting back to that isn't an option. I'll attempt to get my books published no matter what.
