Home Warding
This morning I warded my property with rusty antique railroad spikes. They’ll protect my property and me from negative entities — fae, demons, misogynists, narcissists, sociopaths, relatives, etc.
The rustier the better, and the deeper you shove them into the ground the better. At three corners, I didn’t even need the spade: I pushed them down, and they easily sank into the ground.
However, it turns out that one front corner of my property is… stone. I used the spade, and a thin layer of dirt is on top of the stone. I placed the spike as far as it would go and packed dirt and pebbles around it. I might try finding another spot, but everywhere I checked in that corner was stone, stone, stone.
Like the stone wall around my property, the stone ground reminds me of Ireland. Maybe it’s limestone, like in Ireland.
A neighbor said that when this neighborhood was made, the workers had to dig up so many rocks that the stone wall at the back of the properties on our street goes really far — I forget how far, like halfway…
