My dad and I traveled to Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2011 because his sister died unexpectedly. I lived in Portland, Oregon, and he lived in NW Indiana, an hour from Chicago.

Massachusetts, Part 16

My dad and I took a lovely walk in Cambridge and saw numerous houses with historical placards.

We visited a lovely tea shop, where one of the living statues, a “puppet,” stopped by for tea.

Cambridge is one of those places with performance art in the streets.
My dad and I donated, so she bowed to us.

I convinced my dad to go to the Boston Museum of Fine Art today. He doesn’t like the idea of my going alone in the “big city,” even though I’ve been to a dozen countries and am accustomed to city life.
