TW: white supremacists; white supremacists spewing racist, xenophobic, misogynistic, and patriarchal bullshit; misogynistic insults; guns; murder; blood; gore; hunter trophies

Heart-pumping tension and suspense from the first page! But I’m glad there are calmer, reflexive scenes (mostly in the first half of the book). This is a thriller, but it’s not only entertainment — it’s highly educational about jaguars (like the previous books in the series are informative about the main wildlife). I looked up quite a few animals on Wikipedia, such as the coati and the ring-tail. The back of the book includes information on jaguars and ways to help endangered species.

I find the jaguar lore and ancient art especially fascinating.

The second half of the book is so suspenseful and harrowing, it’s hard to put the book down.

Page 111: This is infuriating! Wildlife Disservices, more like it.

Evander Milton screams PSYCHOPATH VIBES! He reminds me of Elon Stench.

This book is certainly timely. The only good white supremacist is a decapitated white supremacist. The garbage Needledickbugfucker (Macon) spews is typical red pill white nationalist codswallop. Not to imply that the writing is cliched…
